'All Things Bling' returns policy
Due to the fact that all our products are custom made after an order has been placed, this unfortunately means they are not eligible for returns. Once we begin construction on a custom product, we are unable to cancel the order. The only time we will accept returns is if we have made an error with the colour/design/size after it was confirmed by you, or if the item was damaged when you received it. If this is the case, please contact customer services.
Returns are only to be accepted within 7 days of your receipt. We advise our customers to use a Recorded Delivery method as we can not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in the post. We also accept exchanging items in case the size you ordered doesn't fit you, the postage to be paid by customer. If you have never had a certain brand before then we suggest trying on for size in your nearest shop. In all cases of making a return, you should first contact customer services.
'Clothing Boutique' returns policy
If you wish to return an item from our clothing boutique, please see our returns guidelines below:
You have 7 days from receiving your order to return for a full refund, after that a credit note will be issued.
When returning an item(s) to us please ensure that they are in its original packaging with all the labels still attached and that it has not been worn, washed or damaged - please be careful when trying on garments, we can not refund items that are marked with tans, make up, creams or smell of perfumes
PLEASE NOTE WE WOULD ADVISE YOU TO RETURN ITEM(S) USING A TRACKABLE POSTAL SERVICE, AS WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST
1. To return, please click the following link at the bottom of this page to print our Returns Form. Please ensure that you fill in all the relevant parts of the form. If you are unable to print then please send the orginal Invoice from us that came with your order, writing on the back the items you wish to return for a refund.
2. Once the form has been filled in, please include it in your return package, or include the orginal Invoice and post the item(s) back to our returns office.
